We have a regular ole' week of learning this week.  Take a look at the "reminders" for many end-of-the-year dates that you might need.

Thurs., May 22-- Last Day of School

This week in 3rd grade:
Science-- We will be learning about life cycles this week as we work our way through a Life Cycle Webquest.  Students will learn about several different animal life cycles and then have to create one of their own. 

Spelling-- Our Life Cycles and Traits spelling and vocabulary test will be this Friday, April 4.

Reading--Students are really enjoying the novel study that they are participating in.  Students will continue to read with their group and work on reading activities related to their book.

Math-- Topic 13 test, about perimeter, will be tomorrow.  Students will then be introduced to finding the area of a region.

Writing-- The students will learn  and begin writing a persuasive letter.
