Writing-
The students should be writing a final draft of their Harris Burdick stories. The publishing stage is the last stage in the writing process.
Spelling/ Vocabulary-
We will have our test on Friday this week. Students will be given the list in a standard spelling test format and then be asked to use several of the words in a story or in sentences to test how well they understand the meaning of each word.
Math-
We will complete Topic 2 this Friday with a final test. We will reveiw the mental math and rounding concepts each day and will also practice these skills while problem solving.
Science-
Students have been researching information about a natural weather disaster. The groups are going to create a weather forecast and a safety plan related to the weather in which they are studying.
Have a great week!
